Breathing is vital for all of us and can be a challenge to control during labour. Click HERE to learn about four ways to breathe during labour. The video below provides tips on how to improve your breathing. Practicing ahead of time can be helpful to make it more familiar when the time comes!

This is a video you may want to watch with your partner/support person. It gives some helpful tips about how your support person can help you cope during labour. Also refer to the “Partner Support Handout” in your email package for more information.
